Emotional Self-Regulation & Self-Love Through Laughter Meditation
Laughter can be a direct pathway to emotional self-regulation and embodied self-compassion. This session explores how intentional laughter meditation rewires stress patterns by interrupting the fight-or-flight response and increasing oxygenation to the brain.
Through rhythmic breath, sustained laughter, and mindful stillness, we stimulate feel-good neurochemicals while strengthening vagal tone — enhancing clarity, creativity, and emotional balance.
Participants will leave with practical tools for cultivating inner steadiness and authentic self-love.
