Day 1: Basic Learning Course (Laughter Unleashed!)
The first day will introduce you to the core principles of Laughter Yoga, where you'll laugh freely, on purpose, and experience how it elevates mood and energy. You’ll discover the history of Laughter Yoga and science behind laughter, explore playful exercises, and connect with fellow participants in a supportive, light-hearted environment.

Day 2: Leader Certification (Leading with Joy!)
On day two, you'll learn how to become a Laughter Yoga Leader. You’ll practice guiding laughter exercises, develop your unique style, and gain practical tools to bring this joyful practice into your life and the lives of others. There will be plenty of laughs to fuel your spirit, and your group will lead your first public Laughter Yoga session where friends and family are welcome to join.

5-Day Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher Training
Are you a Laughter Yoga Leader looking to take your practice to the next level? This 5-day immersive program is designed to deepen your relationship with laughter and inspire you with the confidence to train Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders.
This comprehensive training, facilitated by Laughter Yoga Master Trainer, Lora Pesant, combines practical experience with theoretical knowledge, allowing you to lead and train others to lead laughter sessions effectively. You will explore in depth the health benefits of laughter, considerations for diverse populations, laughter research, and further your learning of the art of facilitating joyful group experiences.
By fostering a sense of community and personal growth, this training will also enhance your well-being and equip you with the tools to spread joy and positivity in your own community.
On the fourth day of the training, you will have the opportunity to co-facilitate the one-day Laughter Yoga basic learning course for the community.
