Rossana Carrasco
For many years I have shared practices that help people reconnect with joy and wellbeing—such as Laughter Yoga, Rainbow Yoga, Naam Yoga, Peace Building Tools, and Biodanza. As a Laughter Yoga Ambassador in Mexico, I trained more than one hundred leaders and spoke at international congresses. While these practices brought moments of happiness and connection, I noticed their effects were often temporary.
Today, as a Transformative Coach, I understand that lasting wellbeing comes from recognizing that joy and wholeness are already within us. From this understanding, the techniques become lighter, more fun, and naturally go deeper, as people reconnect with the wellbeing that is already theirs.
